Stripe Pro checkout and usage limits.

Limits return HTTP 402 when exceeded.
The marketing site lists QikLog Pro at $9/month on /pricing/. Upgrade opens /manage. Stripe Checkout is not wired yet. The home page only notes $9/mo, cancel anytime.
Upgrade (dashboard)
When Checkout ships: sign in (when QikLog:Auth is enabled), open Billing, and start Stripe Checkout.
Until then, use Upgrade on the site or open Manage in the app.
